Stress free sale of property
Dixie at Churchers was a great help and support to complete what was a straight forward sale but made all the more stress free with her diligent, complete, pleasant and professional approach. I would happily recommend Dixie if you are going through a sale or purchase and need a solicitor that makes the process stress free and ensure you have total visibility and trust where you are at in the conveyancing process from start to finish.

Professional and efficient

Easy process
As one of the owners in this block of flats we found the process of extending the lease relatively straightforward which has been done in a reasonable time scale .

Lease extention
Dixie was very professional and helpful. She explained that the HRMC takes a long time (up to 18mths) in processing the claim but I trust the lease will be extended as everything has been done to that effect
