I used Eric Robinson after a recommendation from a friend who had used them and despite some issues due to a solicitor change the service they offer is excellent the only reason I have rated them good is due to the solicitor change issues both the solicitors I had were excellent it was the change over that was the issue as it was around Xmas, and it caused a slight delay in the completion

Kelly prepared wills and trust for my wife and I. It was done competently and completed very efficiently. During the process she dealt with questions without legal jargon and was very willing to help us understand the implications.

Sarah hogarty and her team have been excellent in providing a service to my mother’s sale and purchase and also our sale and purchase keeping us informed of every step of the way, and trying to tie the timing of both of us moving at the same time , unfortunately for us we had a delay as the first house sale fell through! But we were back on track within a week and Sarah etc were working hard to make up time so we weren’t far behind and managed to get us completed and moved before Christmas! Can’t thank them enough!
