Grant of Probate and Preparation of New Wills

Kelly prepared and submitted my application for Grant of Probate for my late mother's estate. She accomplished this with care and expertise, and the application was approved within five days. I had expected it to take months so I was delighted with this speedy outcome.
Kelly also prepared new Wills for my wife and myself. She patiently explained the complexities in layman's terms and prepared documents that covered all eventualities and met our exact requirements.

I found from the start that communication was excellent, I was always able to speak to the Solicitor working for me without going through numerous other people. Sarah hogarty and her team have been excellent in providing a service to my mother’s sale and purchase and also our sale and purchase keeping us informed of every step of the way, and trying to tie the timing of both of us moving at the same time , unfortunately for us we had a delay as the first house sale fell through! But we were back on track within a week and Sarah etc were working hard to make up time so we weren’t far behind and managed to get us completed and moved before Christmas! Can’t thank them enough!
