Remortgage
As many will be aware, anything to do with mortgages can be a tremendous strain particularly the legal work.
Chui-Wah took all of the stress away and was an excellent ambassador for Eric Robinson Solicitors.

Professional and efficient
I found from the start that communication was excellent, I was always able to speak to the Solicitor working for me without going through numerous other people. I was given clear advice , I didn’t feel intimidated or uncomfortable. My case was completed much more quickly than I expected, there was no time wasted at all.

Excellent Service
Once again we have been well served by Eric Robinson's, in particular Chui Wah Choudhary, who kept us informed every step of the way and was kind enough to attend us at home to complete paperwork as my wife is disabled and was recovering from a stay in hospital. Not the first time we have used them over the years but the service has always been friendly, polite and eminently trustworthy. Would thoroughly recommend them,

sale of 86 oakmount road
The solicitor was very slow to respond in the beginning and there was a distinct possibility of losing the sale at one point because of this. I received reasons for the slow response.
After this poor start the solicitor was impeccable and responded extremely quickly to any queries, and the sale went through without any further glitches.
