Through out our purchase journey Ben has been nothing but the definition of professional. He saved us from a sticky situation that could have made our lives awful. He worked with us using words that we understood making the whole process a whole lot less intimidating and has showed us nothing but kindness. Ben was brilliant until the bitter end. Very responsive and acted swiftly on everything. Found him very supportive during some very stressful and frustrating times, answered all my questions promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend.
