This is the second time I have used Bannister Preston. First to buy my house and then a few years later to sell. Both times Daniel was excellent throughout the process. His responses were really prompt and was very easy to get hold of when I had a question. He also put up with my stress levels towards completion of the sale! I would highly recommend.

Nick Earp was assigned as my conveyancer, and he exceeded expectations with his high standards and professionalism, ensuring the process was as smooth as possible.
Nick was incredibly responsive, addressing my numerous email queries without hesitation and working tirelessly to get timely answers from the seller’s solicitor. We have used Nick Earp for both purchasing and selling properties on a couple of occasions. We have dealt with many conveyancers over the years and can categorically state you will not find a better one than Nick from Bannister Preston in Sale. Such a poor service, used them in 2016 as did many on our estate and have since found out they incorrectly advised over ground rent, misled us re the situation with the freehold (basically did not advise us the freeholder was missing, did not correctly inform prior who asked prior to purchase if they could buy their freehold) and glossed over the government white paper on leasehold issues, merely sending a link to the paper and making out the only issue was that leasehold sale may be banned in the future. We were incentivised by Stewart Milne to use them and there is clearly a reason for this. Obusdman did award a small sum to me in agreement that elements of their service was poor. Do not use.
