Brilliant professionalism and communication
We recently used Nick Earp for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. It was a particularly tricky chain, with slow sellers and frustrating communication from other parties, but our conveyancer was superb throughout.
Nick's professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach made all the difference. He kept us informed at every stage, often stepping in to navigate poor communication from other solicitors and stubborn sellers. Their ability to keep things moving, despite the challenges, was truly impressive.

Nick Earp - Excellent and Outstanding Professional Service
This is the second time I’ve reached out to Bannister Preston Solicitors LLP for purchasing a property, and once again, the experience was excellent. Nick Earp was assigned as my conveyancer, and he exceeded expectations with his high standards and professionalism, ensuring the process was as smooth as possible.
Nick was incredibly responsive, addressing my numerous email queries without hesitation and working tirelessly to get timely answers from the seller’s solicitor. His expertise was evident, and he went above and beyond to help complete the purchase as planned, even saving me from unexpected last-minute costs.

Professional, First Class Conveyancing
We have used Nick Earp for both purchasing and selling properties on a couple of occasions. We have dealt with many conveyancers over the years and can categorically state you will not find a better one than Nick from Bannister Preston in Sale. He will respond to any phone call, email etc. very speedily. If you want your selling/buying of property to go as smoothly as possible then do not hesitate to use Nick. Thanks for all your help Nick

The fastest, knowledgeable and professional solicitor

Fantastic service
Nick Earp was our conveyancing solicitor. We had several house purchases fall through but Nick was always there to offer support and when we did finally purchase our house we couldn’t have had a better solicitor. Nick would reply to our emails almost immediately after sending them and often before 9am. We cannot fault the serve we received and would definitely recommend him to anyone selling/purchasing a house.

The best conveyancer, Nick Earp!
We were very fortunate to have Nick Earp as our conveyancer during our home buying process.
