Natalie assisted with the sale and purchase of our property(s). Whilst the overall experience of this was tumultuous at times, Natalie was the calm reassurance at the end of the phone. She completed her work in a timely manner, often against tight timescales, and provided plenty of updates throughout the process.

Fantastic service!
Natalie has been wonderful throughout this stressful time of buying our first house. This was a new process for us but she explained everything to us very clearly and made time to answer our many queries with a great response time. She was very professional and we felt well represented the whole time

Great support over a protracted sale!!!!
Natalie Charles our Conveyancer gave us tremendous support over what turned out to be close to a 27 weeks contract to completion period, always keeping us informed and answering a layman's questions.

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
