Their communication has been amazing throughout, any email I sent was replied to really promptly the same day, sometimes even within minutes and they have been happy to help with anything I’ve asked. We had an issue on completion day (due to a fault of our buyers solicitors) and they were very supportive throughout. We feel they really took the stress out of buying a house. We also think they are competitively priced especially when you consider the service you receive in return.
