The sale of Brook Cottage Mawbray and the purchase of 12 Lynwood Dri
Both Sophie Taylor(selling my property)and Krishna Parmar (buying my new property) showed patience and understanding with me being unused to some of the computer terminology. Everything came together like clockwork. I will be forever in their debt.

When buying or selling a property you want to make sure you are having the best solicitor in place as these transactions are very delicate ...this is our 3rd transaction and i can clearly say that we got the best of the best , Krishna has been absolutely fantastic, communications was flawless and every promise that she made she kept ! Excellent Conveyancing
After hearing from our mortgage broker, we chose Bannister Preston as our conveyancing solicitor for our first home purchase, which I truly believe was the right choice. Krishna Parmar did a fantastic job managing our convergence process. She was very responsive and happily accommodated our requests. I really admire her reserved approach and her ability to complete the whole process in less than 3 months, despite being in a three-property chain.

Conveyancing solicitor services as first time buyers
As first time buyers we approached Bannister Preston Solicitors and Krishna Parmar did the conveyancing work for our new home. With their hard work factoring in me and my husband was able to move to our first home with in three months despite being in a chain of three.

House purchase
We had a fantastic experience with Krishna as our solicitor helping and supporting us to buy our first house. Only room for improvement would be to throughly explain in emails. As first time buyers some things we didn’t understand via email. However on contacting to question via phone call Krishna was very friendly, informative and a pleasure to speak to. Would definitely recommend using to others.
