Incredibly helpful and patient
It hasn't been the easiest sale of our house but Sophie Taylor has been amazing ! So patient and helpful and incredibly understanding.
I also used Bannister Preston to buy my current house and honestly they are the best !

House sale

Sale of house
Whilst selling my mother's house as she was in a care home she sadly passed away
This did not affect the sale but we needed some time to sort out other things
Our solicitor Sophie Taylor was understanding of this
The sale has completed with some negotiation with the buyer going through Sophie.
It was a good experience

Professional and efficient.
I have used Bannister Preston a few times for different services, we had Sophie Taylor act in the sale of our house, this was in conjunction with our divorce which Nic Eccles acted for us.

The sale of Brook Cottage Mawbray and the purchase of 12 Lynwood Dri
