Adam Smith and his team handled our house move with professionalism, giving us advice where necessary and prompt replies to our correspondence.
On moving day the transaction was done speedily and banking timeously.
We were kept well informed and we have no hesitation in recommending their services.

With regard to costs we have no knowledge of what other solicitors charge but we were happy to pay the amount charged and this had been clearly quoted to us when we initially approached them.

I have used Janine at W&AS Bruce many times when buying and selling property over the years. The service Janine gives is second to none. Janine handled the sale of our house very well. Absolutely no dramas and all queries dealt with straight away.
Arlene, her assistant was great to deal with, calm in my moments of stress.... once again, I apologise about my language Arlene lol.... calmed me down in my moment of drama.
Good enough solicitors that I recommended my daughter use them, and now handling her property purchase....

Having been on a multi year journey through the courts with several family related issues, I employed W & AS Bruce to represent me.
From start to finish no issue was too much trouble. Excellent staff, fantastic communication and always able to handle really emotional subjects with care and understanding.
