Helen has been with us since 2008 and is a Paralegal in our Dunfermline office. Helen works in our Court Department supporting our Court Partner, Selina Mackay, on all Family and Civil matters. Helen is an extremely organised and reliable member of the team with a really positive attitude to go with it! Helen provides critical secretarial support, from keeping clients updated with ongoing developments to coordinating prison visits. She is usually the first person that clients speak to when contacting the Court Department. She obtained her Civil Court Paralegal Certificate in September 2013 and more recently her Certificate of Performance in Specialist Legal Studies (Family Law) through Strathclyde University. Helen lives locally in Dunfermline and when she isn’t working has an extremely busy family life. She is an avid supporter of Dunfermline Athletic Football Club and tends to spend her weekends watching her 3 children playing football, which she loves. When she does get a chance to relax she enjoys watching films, socialising and holidays to Turkey.

I was represented by Selina during my separation. She is very warm, easy to talk to and empathetic.
I found the other staff lovely and helpful too, Helen in particular.

Superb service

I recently required the services of a solicitor. Having dealt with W and AS Bruce before with house purchases, I had no hesitation in contacting them for assistance. The entire process was seamless and I was fully appraised of what was happening throughout the process. They made what could have been a difficult situation, very straightforward for myself and my now ex-wife.
