Andy is based at our Kirkcaldy office but is also the Partner in charge of our Burntisland office. He joined the firm in 2015 bringing with him 20 years of experience in the legal sector. Andy’s main focus is Children’s Panel Hearings, Permanency Applications, Executries and Guardianships. A force to be reckoned with, Andy cuts to the chase when dealing with complex cases offering experienced and practical advice to get the best outcome for his clients who find themselves in difficult situations. On a daily basis, Andy can be found in Court most mornings representing his clients on family law matters. When he isn’t in court he’ll be preparing for it or offering expert advice to his clients on their best course of action – supporting them through the legal process from start to finish, explaining it in a way that can be easily understood to achieve goals and get results. In his free time, Andy is a Level 2 Qualified Children’s Football Coach running several teams in small-sided football games with the main emphasis on fun – with a little player development added into the mix. An avid runner, you might spot him pounding the streets of Kirkcaldy and neighbouring towns training for his next marathon – you would need to be up early to catch him though!!
