Caitlin joined us in 2014, initially training in our Broxburn office before she moved offices to progress her career in our Dundee and then Kirkcaldy office – she is now based in our Burntisland office. A member of the Law Society of Scotland, Caitlin is an Accredited Paralegal in Wills and Executries and is currently working towards attaining her paralegal qualification in Residential Conveyancing as well. Caitlin offers advice to clients in connection with the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney and also Estate Administration. She also assists with Conveyancing matters, including residential purchase and sale transactions, as well as Re-mortgage and Equity Release cases. Friendly, reliable, passionate and ambitious, Caitlin helps keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently as well as keeping our clients updated and happy. Caitlin lives in Kirkcaldy and when she isn’t eye deep in legal textbooks, she enjoys spending time with her horses, dogs, family and friends.

Outstanding service from Julie and Caitlin.
Communication was excellent and nothing was too much bother to explain or deal with.
Buying your first home can be quite daunting but dealing with W&AS Bruce gave peace of mind and made the whole process go really smoothly. Would happily recommend to everyone that requires their services.
