Spot on
I've called on Janine on a couple of occasions to carry out conveyencing work for me when bought and sold my house. Always been top class and very efficient. Hoping to use your services again later this year.

First time buyer

Sale and Purchase of Property
Janine is one of the most organised, prompt and professional solicitors we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Our sale and purchase of property was dealt with pain free, each question or query answered clearly and without delay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Arlene, legal secretary again was fantastic and we will certainly use their services again and would highly recommend. Competitive on costs too and worth every penny. House Sale/Purchase
We are very grateful to Janine and her team at W & AS Bruce for the professional and efficient way that they dealt with the sale of my Dads house and the purchase of his new property. In what turned out to be quite a traumatic journey, due to the 1st buyers pulling out post the date of entry due to mortgage issues, we were kept informed of what was happening at every stage and thankfully the end result was a second sale going through without a hitch. We would have no hesitation in recommending Janine as she was very approachable, responded quickly to phone calls and emails and overall provided an excellent service.

House Sale
W&AS Bruce legal service carried out the legal side of our house sale.They were very efficient and made the experience hassle free.They gave good advice and were very friendly when we visited the office.They carried out our instructions exact and precisely and kept us up to date with proceedings.I would highly recommend their services.

Excellent experience.

Buy/Sell your home with confidence at W & AS Bruce
It was my first time experiencing both buying and selling a home which I was dreading . Janine talked me through the process at every stage with great communication. I was able to email Janine directly via email and everything was actioned efficiently and promptly. It is a stressful process moving ho me and I can only say that Janine's professionalism and great communication definitely made my experience so much less stressful. I would highly recommend this firm and Janine especially.
