Highly Recommended
Would highly recommend W&AS Bruce. Dealt with our house sale and purchase of new home. All went really smoothly. Great communication, made everything easy to sign etc. Janine was so helpful, and Sandra too. Thanks very much, settled into our new house with no problems :-)

Smooth conveyance
The purchase of my property went smoothly from start to finish and was completed quickly. The staff at W & AS Bruce couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

Selling and buying House
Janine was fantastic, communication was quick, professional and efficient, any questions replied to promptly. We had a major delay due to our buyers mortgage paperwork not being completed on time but Janine had a way of keeping me relaxed and calm as I was stressed out with our sellers talking about pulling out if we did not get Missives completed by a certain date, she even went out of her way to come to our house to sign documents so thank you. One the day of completion everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
