Excellent work across two complicated files in Probate and Conveyancing that due to the nature till much longer than was usually necessary, but I’m grateful Janine Toland stayed the course achieving successful outcomes in both cases. I live outside the jurisdiction of Scottish Law so efficient, professional, timely communications were a relief and the knowledge, understanding and implementation of m cases and appropriate Scottish Law was invaluable.
I would highly recommend this practice.

Professional and friendly
My husband and I recently worked with this firm to sell our house, and we had the pleasure of working with Janine. She has been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process, making everything go smoothly from start to finish. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. Excellent service in the face of enormous complications
I found Janine Toland and her support staff at W & A S Bruce to be impeccably efficient. They acted with integrity and empathy in a situation that was very complicated and protracted outside the normal timeline for these files. As a result of my location outside the jurisdiction of Scottish Law I found communication very easy and that was entirely down to their efforts.
I would heartily recommend the practice and will return for future consultations and work as they come on stream.

Excellet Service- Sale of Home
Overall excellent service from start to finish, solicitors very helpful and have provided support throughout my house sale! They explained things in simple terms and made things easy when it came to completing all the paperwork. Always came back to any questions or queries within a timely manner. Cant thank all at W&AS Bruce LLP for everything throughout and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to sell a home or for family law circumstances too.

Professional and Personal

Conveyancing - Sale & Purchase
My husband and I used the services of Janine and W&AS Bruce in a recent house sale / purchase. All the staff were approachable and contactable during what can be a stressful time.
