Very satisfied
Couldn’t fault my experience at all. Very quick responses and actions from the full team. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone. I had two different reasons for requiring a solicitor and both processes were effortless and stress free.

Fantastic service

Professional and efficient
I went to W&AS Bruce to get help
When my mum suddenly passed as I didn’t even know where to start with her estate, Janine was exceptional and very helpful and made this so easy and explained everything to me and sorted everything out for me. I was sent everything I needed to complete to finalise everything quickly and it kept this process very simple for me at a very difficult time. I can’t stress enough how amazing this practice is.

Would highly recommend
We recently used W & AS Bruce for selling our property and our new house purchase. We had used them previously and had been very impressed.. Again, the service was excellent and the costs involved were very reasonable.
Janine at the Broxburn office works extremely efficiently and keeps you up to date with everything you need to know or do. She answers any queries very quickly and herself which we appreciated.
We have recommended Janine and W & AS Bruce to several family members who have also been very pleased with the service provided.
