Reasonable service

I did get a reasonable deal, improved by the solicitor, in the end, but customer service and reassurance should be provided to the client who is having a challenging time as it is. Updates do need to be more regular too as it is a very stressful time for the client and less judgement without full facts.

My lawyer, Kristie Willis was very professional and helpful regarding my settlement agreement. She have noticed and corrected the mistakes in the document, and even in her free time (Sunday evening) she emailed me back the completed agreement for signing.
