Excellent Service

We went to Palmers in South Woodham Ferrers to arrange our wills and Power of Attorney. The process was smooth and resulted in what we required. The service will not have any complaints from me. Advice was first class and explained in a way that we could understand. Excellent knowledge of the subject matter. We both would recommend them with out hesitation.

Top marks Palmers

Top marks from start to finish !!
Having been impressed previously when using Palmers services I decided to use them again for the handling of my divorce. Well all I can say is MARVELLOUS !!!
From start to finish I was kept informed of what was happening and what was needed in order to complete the paperwork and make things as easy as is possible. In the early stages I was told by my solicitor Farah Mahfooz that anything that could be done by myself would be passed to me, if I was happy to receive it, as there is no point running up costs that can be saved in my favour. This obviously impressed me as friends of mine had experienced astronomical costs when completing their own divorce with other solicitors.
When my divorce was actually completed I believe that my ex had paid in excess of £35,000 in costs and my costs were less than half of this. To be honest when I’d found out this I’d be silly not to recommend Palmers to anyone I’d speak to going through the same. Well done Palmers 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Five Star Service

I contacted several solicitors to witness sign a declaration and received quotes ranging from £30 to £75. I then called PalmersLaw ( Chafford Hundred) and initially spoke to a polite receptionist , who connected me to a staff member who offered to do it for just £5. I had my document witnness signed within 45 minutes of my enquiry phone call. The staff I met were friendly, polite and professional. I ended up not paying for the service as they didn’t have change for my £10 note. Overall, I had a great experience with quick service from a pleasant team at PalmersLaw.

A big thank you!

Farah recently represented me during a case for the family court. The situation initially made me feel extremely anxious and overwhelmed but Farah acted with honesty and integrity making the whole interaction feel personal and soothing. This helped me tremendously by putting my mind/worries at ease. Dialogue was modern, to the point, and more importantly for me, tailored in a way that made it easy to understand every step along the way. My questions/queries were answered promptly and clearly. At no point did I feel ‘out of the loop’ or out of my depth. An absolute first class service from Farah! Highly knowledgable and highly recommended. My family and I appreciate everything you have done. Thank you ever so much.

Great Experience

Palmers was contacted to support a lease transaction. The team was very professional and supportive throughout the process. We were regularly provided updates on progress especially where the other side was particularly difficult being a local authority. Thanks to Shweta and BJ for picking this up.

I cannot recommend Palmers, especially Nicola and Keira, highly enough.

They have been absolutely fantastic over the last few years dealing with a lease extension for me and more recently, my sale and purchase.

They kept me updated throughout the process and were always there when I needed them. Even if it was just to rant about the chain above!

You really do pay for what you get and with these guys, its a professional and very friendly service that makes moving home as easy as it should be.

Having used a "Cheap and cheerful" conveyancer when buying the property I have just sold and having an absolute nightmare with them (Lack of contact, losing paperwork etc) I would honestly recommend Palmers to anyone!

Palmers' Solicitor Mrs McKenzie advised my Dad about his will.

She was very thorough and thought of things that didn't occur to him. She "went the second mile" for him, which was very kind of her. He was worried about his situation and she put his mind at rest.
