My Will

Jade English was a very pleasant young lady to help me with the making of my Will. She was very patient, caring and professional. Any delays were due to me having to and wanting to talk to my sons, one of whom lives in Northern Ireland - which in itself was frustrating. As I said we got there in the end due to Jade's patience etc, a lovely lady.

Extremely poor service. Put my faith in them for my divorce and child matters and it soon became apparent that they didn’t want to deal with anything and would rather, as I heard so many times “leave it for the bundle”. When it was time for the bundles, I was asked to submit (and charged for the pleasure) the documentation again. So many things were missed along the way due to the high turnover of staff. They put my children at high risk on one occasion despite me alerting them and providing evidence. When I confronted them I was told “well, it’s too late now”. Really not good enough I’m afraid. Would it have been too late if something awful would have happened?! Luckily I’m no longer with Palmers as I was offered my forth solicitor in a year due to people leaving. My case has not been dealt with in a professional and caring way in the slightest and I will be contacting the ombudsman. Very good at making promises and preying on the vulnerable, not very good at actually getting things done. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs.

Very good service from Brooke

Brooke is professional, friendly and efficient! She gave me lots of useful information and brought something important that I should know. She also answered all of my questions promptly and did not mind I am not good at paperworks. Her team is amazing! Very much appreciate and I should recommend to all of my family and friends!

Amazing, you get what you pay for, go to a conveyancing firm at your peril.
We were have used their conveyancing services, several times.
Brooke and her team at Grays are amazing. I have never known such support and speed of response from a legal team, they have transformed our views on the profession. They really take you on and support you.
I also briefly met with a lady from their estates department on another matter who was incredibly helpful and supportive, sorry I didn't catch your name.
My interactions with this firm have transformed my opinions on legal professionals. If you don't use them then you only have yourself to blame.
