A responsive and super efficient property solicitor - Look no further!
My wife and I had Brooke and her team act in our behalf for various property matters in the past from mortgages to sales; with our most recent case(s) handling multiple property sales simultaneously, which included leasehold properties and troubles with tenants etc. Brooke and her team handled everything, navigating tricky issues with expert efficiency, and it is reassuring when even the estate agents have praise for your solicitors!
Having dealt with various firms in the past from city or nationally based firms, we can confidently say Brooke and her team at Palmers’ Chafford Hundred are easily next level when it comes to service. We’ve experienced the frustrations of firms hidden behind tech walls and automated phone systems - no direct contact with your solicitor is a norm. Responses may be days, no detail or patience for concerns, paralegals and assistants who are looking at your case on behalf of the solicitor that’s supposed to be handling your case…
With Brooke, I’ve always had lightning fast response, emails within minutes more often than not, always very accessible. She has had all the patience to explain rather complicated things and her thorough and diligent work has things done properly and often ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Very good service from Brooke
Brooke is professional, friendly and efficient! She gave me lots of useful information and brought something important that I should know. She also answered all of my questions promptly and did not mind I am not good at paperworks. Her team is amazing! Very much appreciate and I should recommend to all of my family and friends!
