Along with other members of the Wills and Probate department, Donna is a Dementia Friend. Away from the office, Donna loves to bake, especially with her young twins.

Legal Support with NHS and Social Services

At a very problematic time for our family following a serious accident to our mother and a difficult and frustrating time with both the NHS administration and Social Services we contacted Palmers.
From day one of our contact with Donna Smy of Palmers Law, we felt for the first time that someone was listening to us and that we could see some light at the end of the tunnel.
Donna was patient, listened to our concerns and provided a range of options on the way forward.
Donna always responded rapidly to any of our communication, both by phone and email.
Donna worked hard to get a fair result for both our mother and our family.

Just want to say how amazing Kim Mansfield us, so helpful, always there when I need any help and so compassionate.
