Initially qualifying as a solicitor in August 2002, Patricia is an experienced litigator with expertise in both civil and commercial litigation. Primarily focused on commercial litigation in her current role, Patricia has worked on a range of complex matters and dealt with cases for several different organisations, including working in-house for Consumer Champion and Charity – Which? She enjoys that no two cases are the same, which makes her adaptable to finding the outcome that is right for each particular client. Using her considerable problem-solving skills, she is committed and dedicated to finding the most cost-effective solutions. Although she primarily assists clients with litigation, Patricia is also an advocate for alternative dispute resolution and has helped several clients resolve matters outside of the courts.
