Brilliant experience

We had so much support and dedication from Sarah Bell through the entire process. We had a particularly tricky house sale and Sarah was able help to us make it become a success. She was brilliant with her communication, keeping us, others in the chain including estate agents in the loop all the way along which really helped keep everyone on the same page. She was super thorough, knowledgeable and through it all, so warm and friendly. We worked very closely with Sarah Bell at Everys. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We couldn’t have dealt with the tricky house sale without her, she really kept everything in check making it becoming as positive of an experience as it could have been. If you need a Conveyancer in East Devon look no further than Sarah Bell and her Colleagues at Everys Office in Sidmouth. We had complete Trust in her looking after our interests. She is friendly, very thorough and efficient, she listens carefully to what concerns you and acts accordingly. Unusually for a member of the Legal Profession she also has a sense of humour! Sarah stuck with us during an aborted purchase and then again through to Complete on another Property. Her Communication is excellent at every stage and she is very approachable. We would not hesitate to use her Services again.
