Buying my first home

This was my first house purchase, so i knew nothing about the process of buying a house - however that didn’t matter as Sarah Bell was brilliant!

So brilliant that even our estate agent said he’d never dealt with a conveyancer who was so efficient and ‘on it!’.

Brilliant experience

We had so much support and dedication from Sarah Bell through the entire process. We had a particularly tricky house sale and Sarah was able help to us make it become a success. She was brilliant with her communication, keeping us, others in the chain including estate agents in the loop all the way along which really helped keep everyone on the same page. She was super thorough, knowledgeable and through it all, so warm and friendly.
