Professional and caring service from Everys

My wife and I used Everys for both our purchase and sale of property following a personal recommendation from a friend.

The service provided was excellent and was efficient, effective and caring.

Whilst our sale and purchase was in progress, mental health issues made the whole process even more difficult with frequent change of decisions. Our legal Adviser, Jo Barrett, dealt with some rather behaviour in both a professional but caring way and showed ultimate patience and understanding.

Thank you Jo (and Anna) for the way in which you handled the situation in such a great way.

I would certainly recommend the firm to anyone and would not hesitate in using the firm again should we sell and purchase again.

Sale of Leasehold Property

Would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Jo Barrett Conveyancer for selling an investment property we had in the North of the Country. This should have been just a simple sale of one property however the "Leasing Agents" were to say the least "difficult" and it required the Tenacity and Effort from Jo Barrett to make the sale go through. The sale started in April and was finally completed following November we really thought the Buyers would pull out but Jo Barrett kept the Buyers onside and finally we completed. We think a less than tenacious person like Jo would have lost the sale for us. Our compliments Jo Barrett your skills showed greatly.

Excellent service from start to finish from the Honiton Team. I particularly appreciated always receiving very prompt replies whether I phoned, emailed or called into the office. They certainly put our Estate Agent to shame!
Every's fees for providing a very good and professional service can only be described as fair, particularly when compared to Estate Agents'.

These solicitors were suggested to us by the estate agents of the property me and my partner were purchasing, and throughout the purchasing process the staff at Everys were very professional and efficient.

There were a few problems and delays throughout our purchase and Everys ensured that all our searches and preparation ware complete, taking a good deal of the stress off our shoulders and on top of that, they were easy to contact via email, and were fairly quick in their response.

In regards to the information we were provided regarding our purchase, everything was clearly laid out to help us understand and any questions we had were answered swiftly.

Me and my partner definitely plan on using Everys again in the future.

Really bad at answering the phone. If you phone the Honiton number it's put through to somewhere else, who then tries to put you through to Honiton, but 9 times out of 10 it goes to voice mail. Don't they have a reception?
