Helped me with redundancy settlement

From the first contact with Lucy at the Exeter branch the experience has been excellent. Dealing with Emma was a pleasure and she made the whole process very easy and painless (as painless as redundancy can be anyway)

I wouldn't hesitate to use Everys again in the future, although i hope i wont need to.

A refreshing approach to (for me) a complex matter

We had an issue recovering VAT on a property sale. The solicitors who handled the sale were unsure as to how to recover our loss.
We were introduced to Kathy at Every’s who took on the case and was able to suggest a procedure to resolve the matter. She covered our loss from the buyer and at all times kept us informed and involved in the process.
It is refreshing to have some one who is commercially minded on side to resolve issues such as this.

A very disappointing service from Everys. In April 2023 I approached this company after being injured whilst trying to stop a runaway courtesy car, with a faulty handbrake, provided to me by a garage. I was offered a no win no fee arrangement with a predicted outcome of 25k. 12 months later I am told that my appointed solicitor has left the company. 2 months after that I’m informed that none of the investigative work had been done by my original solicitor and it wasn’t financially viable for them to proceed with my case.
I went with a local company in the hope of getting a better more personal service, I now highly recommend going with a big national company where you may get some service at all!
