A fantastic experience
Charles was fantastic throughout the selling and buying of our properties. We unfortunately had to change properties quite far into the process which was made extremely stressful by our estate agents however, Charles' calming approach helped to ease our anxieties. He kept our buyers updated with the process and expedited the sale off our new property to encourage our buyers to remain positive. Although he's extremely busy he always made time to call me back when I had a query and he offered his professional advise when needed. Charles really made this process so smooth for us and we are extremely grateful for the support he gave us.

Practical Solutions to Unexpected Difficulties
We had several unexpected issues regarding the sale of our property, the most deifficult of which related to a management company and the original developer, plus a buyer who needed to get in early. Charles was able to come up with a solution that was agreeable for all parties and was tenacious in dealing with the legal representatives of the management company and developer, escalating when it became necessary. It really felt like we had the best person on our side fighting for the optimal outcome for us. Charles really went above and beyond expectations and we will definitely use him for all future property transactions. 100% recommended with no hesitations!
