As a beneficiary of a trust Nelson’s are involved with I have no confidence in them acting in the interests of any of us or our disabled relation, but rather to enrich themselves to the tune of £10,000’s.
I would advise nobody use Helen there for their will, your descendants will pay for it dearly.
To intentionally quote partner level costs of £400+ an hour for probate to the trust for a mentally disabled person, then ring my mother up to intimidate and upset her when this was questioned was something I never thought a firm like Nelsons would do, but here we are.
