Rachel Bushell, Ash Simpson, Michelle Pollard and Chris helped us with four residential remortgage cases recently and the entire process was very smooth and only took 4 weeks (one case only took 14 days!) which in the current Covid environment is nothing short of a miracle! Very happy with the professional services and expertise of Nelsons' residential and commerical conveyancing team and Nelsons' corporate team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Exceptionally pleased with Chris Huntingford at Nelsons
I was exceptionally grateful for all the hard work and care that Chris did for me for my conveyancing purchase. I have used other Solicitors in the past and Chris was by far the best Solicitor I have instructed for my conveyancing transactions. Chris explained complex matter very clearly for me, answered all my queries and never left me hanging on when I needed to contact him. He does not bombard or bamboozle!.

Prompt assistance and great advice
I contacted Chris at very short notice and asked if he could review the legal pack for a property I was interested in that was going to auction in a couple of days time. Chris very kindly agreed and delivered on time. He provided very comprehensive advice that enabled me to make an informed decision. I certainly recommend Chris and Nelsons Solicitors.

Legal pack review for auction
Brilliant speedy service from Chris Huntingford to check over a legal pack for me prior to an auction. I contacted Chris a few days before the auction, however he was still willing to help. Great - as usual
We have used Nelsons and Chris on a number of occasions.
We have always found them prompt and helpful. Chris is fantastic at explaining legal jargon in a way that is easy to understand and follow. It is relatively easy to get in touch with Chris and he responds in a very timely manner.
