Dianne was in charge of my case of a delicate nature, it was a historic abuse claim which was always going to be difficult as the protagonist was deceased. The whole process was dealt with sympathetically yet totally professionally. Throughout it all I was never in doubt that Nelsons were on my side, they kept me informed over the lengthy discussions, never losing contact even when there was little to report.
