Very poor experience at the start with the first solicitor assigned to our file, to the point we were looking to go elsewhere, we received little to no communication, poor response times if any at all..
We were then contacted by Sanche Tutter from the conveyance team (thankfully the first solicitor had gone on annual leave and Sanche had been passed our file) from there onwards the service was absolutely faultless, great communication throughout, always kept in contact & kept us up to date with every little detail even whilst Sanche was ill he was contacting us from home and keeping us informed with what was happening with our property purchase,
We had some dealings with other members of staff in-between and unfortunately the experience was as poor as the first solicitor assigned but for Sanche’s service alone we will be leaving a 5 star review.

Outstanding service
We recently used Sanche for our first house purchase and had a great experience. Sanche was very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process.
He made sure to answer all of our questions and kept us updated on every step of the transaction.
We felt confident that our best interests were being represented and that all legal aspects were being handled properly.
We would highly recommend asking for Sanche in your house purchase to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Property sale and purchase
Professionalism, efficiency and client care! Our experience with Nelsons was brilliant from start to finish. We especially would like to thank and highly recommend Sanche Tutter. Sanche dealt with our matters professionally and efficiently. He was attentive, responsive and very patient when things were being made more complicated by the other parties within the chain. Excellent service from Sanche Tutter
I have recently purchased a property using Nelsons derby branch for the conveyancing.
The whole process from start to finish was stress free and straight forward. Sanche Tutter was dealing with the purchase and liaised with myself and the sellers solicitors to ensure a smooth punctual transaction was achieved.

Selling and buying a property
Sanche Tutter was so helpful and very efficient, I could ask anything and didn't feel like a nuisance, he was kind and courteous with a brilliant sense of humour. Also provided a fast response when dealing with all the paperwork and any issues.

Dedicated, professional and approachable.
I cannot praise Sanchez enough for his understanding and committed approach during a house sale following a bereavement. He was dedicated, provided regular updates, made the process feel straightforward and was excellent in communicating and responding to all queries. I felt well looked after and was treated as a valued client throughout.

A very good experience
We were selling a flat in Nottingham which was used by our daughter for a while, and was then let to tenants for several years. Sanche Tutter was our main contact and he did an excellent job. His communications were especially good, with a regular weekly call to keep me up to date, and very prompt responses to all my emails and phone calls. I might add that this was the quickest property transaction I have ever had, and we were very pleased about that. This is the second time I have used Nelsons for conveyancing, and I will no no hesitation in using them next time.

Best solicitor ever
I have moved house nine times and Sanche Tucker is by far the best legal I have had.His communication skills were excellent ,so I always knew where I was at re the purchase.I valued the advice he gave me (when I was unsure )in such a pleasant and reassuring manner and I will certainly be recommending him to my friends.

Completion of Sale
The sale of our property was a long drawn out experience, but thanks to our solicitor who kept us up to date and well informed of each process/decision made we finally managed to complete on our sale.
