Rachel Bushell, Ash Simpson, Michelle Pollard and Chris helped us with four residential remortgage cases recently and the entire process was very smooth and only took 4 weeks (one case only took 14 days!) which in the current Covid environment is nothing short of a miracle! Very happy with the professional services and expertise of Nelsons' residential and commerical conveyancing team and Nelsons' corporate team and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Selling and buying a property

The best law firm!!!
Absolutely the best law firm with First Class Service. If anyone is looking for a highly knowledgeable Conveyancer/Solicitor then go to Rachel. She was so friendly at all times and was so thorough with everything. If there was anything we were unsure of Rachel would guide us through everything or clarify all answers to our questions. As you can imagine there are lots of documents to fill out when purchasing a house but in all honesty Rachel and the team were always there to guide us through it and was so helpful. They all showed professionalism at all times. Rachel has been amazing, she is absolutely brilliant at what she does and is an Expert in her field! I would definitely use their expertise and service again!

First Class Service
Instructed Nelsons on a sale of a property which needed to complete within a short timeframe. The case was handled personally by Rachel Bushell who was first class from start to finish, excellent communication and quick to offer solutions. All deadlines were met, a big thank you Rachel!

Sale and purchase
Really pleased with the service provided from Nelsons and in particular Rachel Bushell. They have provided constant communication throughout the experience and always been on hand with any questions we had. Would recommend them as this is the second time I have used them and received a great service on both occasions.

Nelsons are brill.
I need to say a massive thanks to Rachel Bushell for all her support over the last few months. Rachel constantly kept us updated and was never afraid to pick up the phone to check in or explain her emails in more depth. I felt that I was in more than capable hands with Rachel.
I also need to say thanks to Nishi who supported in Rachel’s absence, again she kept me updated and was super friendly.
I definitely will be recommending Nelson’s to friends and family!

Sale of property
Once contact was made with Rachel Bushell, everything proceeded smoothly. Rachel is approachable, her assistants are helpful, and I always felt I could contact her for help at any point.
No reflection on Rachel's work, but there was some difficulty in making the initial contact with the Conveyancing department, so only 2 stars for initial impressions.
