A difficult and prolonged claim over 5 years but our family was supported compassionately throughout by Matthew Olner and I believe achieved the beat outcome for my late Father. Excellent Legal Support - Confirming LPA's & Wills
Having been impressed with Jack Greens (Nelsons) financial support and professional conduct, it was an ideal opportunity to replace our existing legal support, utilising Nelsons to also manage our legal affairs.
Following positive recommendation we had an initial meeting Nadia Faki to introduce ourselves and also offer Nadia the opportunity to offer us the personal support that we needed. The choice wasn't totally based on assumed competency, it was heavily influenced by Nadia's approach, personality and ability to adapt to our specific requirements.
Ultimately sorting our Wills and LPA's was preparing for the worst stage of our lives, but interestingly it was a positive experience. Nadia's ability to reassure, professionally safeguard and also confirming the ongoing support beyond our demise to the wider family, helped us to engage in completing a very practical resolve, to potential future problems.
On occasion, in our opinion, we have been to familiar in the way we have engaged Nadia, however that in itself, is a testament to the joint trust we have built up in a very short while.
In summary Nadia is very professional, personable, considerate, accurate and caring. We are looking forward to our continued relationship with Nadia. Thank You

If you need a solicitor, you definitely need to read this review, especially if it's for a medical negligence claim.
I feel that I need to leave a review as I received such genuinely good service and care.
I approached Nelson Solicitors after a recommendation from a relative as I had been turned down by two other solicitors who told me that they would not take on my case. One of them was a very large and highly ranked law firm. From the first phone enquiry to the finish, I received a professional and friendly service. Matthew Olner, my solicitor and his team, guided me through one of the most difficult times of my life and treated me more like a friend than just a client, which inspired confidence. They kept me informed of the process and progress throughout every step of the way. Matthew's previous medical experience was second to none. He understood my case much better than expected, which is vital in a claim like mine. Medical negligence claims are complicated and time-consuming and time sensitive. You need to choose a solicitor who knows exactly what you need and what needs to be done to get you the very best outcome possible. The result was a payout that covers the cost of changes that I will need to make both now and in the future. It compensates for the damage received and the financial losses we have incurred. It will not put me back to life I had before, but it will afford me to live a different life and lifestyle.
