Excellent and Compassionate Service

Sarah-Lyn Strong worked tirelessly to support me in a disputed capacity case both before and during a Court of Protection hearing. Sarah-Lyn at all times demonstrated a caring and sensitive attitude that helped me to feel that someone was in my side during a very difficult legal process.
I had confudence that with Sarah-Lyn's support and that if the barristers she instructed we would eventually win my case, which we did! It was complex and brutal but I survived it in no small part because of the legal support I received. But it was not just the excellent legal advice and representation that was invaluable. Primarily I would recommend Sarah-Lyn to anyone seeking a solicitor who needs representation from someone capable of managing with compassion, a client with severe mental health issues.

Reflection of advice and service given

Advice given based on evidence I gave initially we would win the case or worst case scenario it would be a split cost.

Ended up paying the full amount plus more, I feel this was down to the solicitor being prepared for meetings, seemed very unprofessional and I walked away thinking we lost because of the choice of solicitor.

Natalie was a lovely woman but I felt that she was completely overwhelmed by the other sides solicitor and it showed throughout.

Not quite dependable!

Up until the last few days before Completion, things went OK but timely communication was then lacking and the solicitor in charge of my conveyancing could not be contacted. Even following completion, my bank details were found to have been taken down wrongly thereby delaying the transfer of monies to my account.

Samantha recently assisted my mum with updating her will and making sure all of her affairs were in order. She has the perfect balance of being highly professional and genuinely caring.
