I am a Director of EMG Solicitors and head up the Will Trusts and Probate team. I have extensive experience advising clients and providing comprehensive and expert advice on all aspects of private client work including advising on and drafting Wills, mitigating inheritance tax and estate planning for individuals, business owners, farmers, executors and trustees, the administration of estates whether there is a Will or not, supporting families through the application for Grant of Probate, advice on and the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of attorney, advice on and the preparation of ordinary powers of attorney, the registration of Enduing Powers of Attorney, the application for Deputyships at the Court of Protection and advising on and preparing trusts whether they be for assets protection reasons or to utilise inheritance tax reliefs. I care about my clients and wish to help and support them reach the outcome that they desire. I appreciate that many clients require my assistance during very difficult times in their lives and I try my best to be there for them.
