Managed my Divorce well
Sue did a good job of managing a complex and sometimes challenging divorce, through it's various stages. I wanted to get to a settlement with my reticent ex, while keeping things amicable for the kids. There were many points of frustration with the other side throughout, but Sue maintained considered counsel which enabled us to progress, without it ever getting unpleasant, often guiding me to make better judgement calls. It always felt like good value, with the charges reflecting the work done. I've maintained a good relationship with my ex and my kids, which was important for me.

Excellent service
I was really grateful to EMG for their recent efforts on my part. They helped me navigate a difficult and stressful time successfully and several departments worked together to help me resolve several issues at the same time.

Brilliant service and compassionate approach
At a difficult time with high emotions Sue was an excellent mediator. She was compassionate, objective and fair in her approach to my divorce mediation sessions which made the whole process easier. Thank you

Mediation for children.
Despite the experience being quite diffficult, Sue was very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. She was informative at all times and communicated effectively.

Mediation
Ex partner set this up for mediation
It didn’t feel like mediating, it felt like a list of demands made by him, pushed by the mediator and I was made to feel like I had to say yes to things I didn’t agree too and it was only when I broke down in tears that they actually started listening
Felt like they didn’t know either of us yet sided with the father when they only know what he tells them

Friendly and Efficient
I have a very difficult custody case at the moment and it's nice to speak with an impartial person who doesn't offer judgment or opinion but listens to you and gives thought provoking feedback. After a meeting with Sue I felt refreshed, listened to and also reflective on my overall situation.
