Reassuring counsel

Managed my Divorce well
Sue did a good job of managing a complex and sometimes challenging divorce, through it's various stages. I wanted to get to a settlement with my reticent ex, while keeping things amicable for the kids. There were many points of frustration with the other side throughout, but Sue maintained considered counsel which enabled us to progress, without it ever getting unpleasant, often guiding me to make better judgement calls. It always felt like good value, with the charges reflecting the work done. I've maintained a good relationship with my ex and my kids, which was important for me.

Excellent service

Brilliant service and compassionate approach

Mediation for children.

Mediation
Ex partner set this up for mediation
It didn’t feel like mediating, it felt like a list of demands made by him, pushed by the mediator and I was made to feel like I had to say yes to things I didn’t agree too and it was only when I broke down in tears that they actually started listening
Felt like they didn’t know either of us yet sided with the father when they only know what he tells them
