Professional and Personal
Fiona Miller and Angela O'Neill were both very professional, approachable and personal. I was clearly advised along every step of my case, not once did I struggle with any of the matters as it was all given to me in layman's terms and easy to understand. They were approachable via email, phone or video call, again always being friendly yet concise.
