Thank you very much to Lin, Michelle and their team at Sampson and Coward. Lin was very professional, patient and offered clear advice for all potential scenarios. She also was good at managing expectations and comforting/understanding in dealing with difficult emotional situations too. She explained the law and legal systems in a way which I could access and understand. She was always their to get hold Of or called me back that day. I didn't get the impression at all that Lin wanted me to spend more money than necessary and always felt like her intentions were honest and the best for myself and my children.

The process of buying a home was made all the more cumbersome and stressful by using this company. The information I received regarding the purchase of the property, was only received through the estate agents and the vender’s solicitors. On 3 separate occasions I was told the report had been prepared and sent to me and it hadn’t been. I had to wait an extra 2 weeks solely because they had forgotten to order the funds. The whole process lacked organisation and was haphazard. The receptionist gave me more information and was more approachable than the solicitor representing the purchase with email replies received weeks later. In all sincerity, I am unable to recommend this company
