I contacted Sampson Coward after seeing how well they had advised my partner previously. The way in which I was assisted was fantastic. I was treated courteously and professionally at all times. From the very first meeting, Tina was the epitome of the professional solicitor. Her efficient manner, kind and empathetic always, she was very knowledgable of the law and what my rights were and how to deal with even the most tricky situations. Tina was very helpful regarding a post nuptial agreement and I am very happy with the advice that I received.
The matter discussed is a little 'grey' in terms of the law and therefore it does not afford me 100% comfort in the outcome of the matter should it go to court. However, the input and help from Tina has been excellent throughout the process and Tina reverted to me as promised ahead of time.
