I engaged Sampson Coward to act on my behalf in facilitating the signing of an employment contract settlement. Efficient and helpful with settlement agreement.

Responsive, professional and committed to providing great service
David Coward was recommended to me by my brother, who had engaged David on two prior employment law matters. From the first conversation with him, I found him to be thorough, knowledgeable and clearly committed to making sure I got the advice I needed, when I needed it. This included reviewing my settlement agreement in two days, following up by phone one evening to make sure I had received the documents I hade been sent; and following up on another occasion to see if I had any outstanding questions. Throughout, he was approachable, responsive, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Highly Recommend
I consulted David Coward on an employment matter which was causing me a great deal of stress and upset. David listened carefully and advised me in such a quiet and considered manner that he immediately removed any drama from the room and I very quickly felt much calmer. His advice enabled me to enter into negotiations with my employers with absolute confidence, resulting into an outcome which was far better than I had dared to imagine. I cannot recommend David and his staff highly enough.
