I have found all staff to be extremely courteous and very helpful. Both Vicky and Matthew are very approachable. They are both very patient explaining issues clearly and answering my questions I have. I particularly like being informed by e-mail and then receiving a 'hard-copy' in the past the following day. Vicky and Matthew are so approachable either by email or telephone, I always fully understand their actions taken.
