Excellent service on house purchase
I cannot recommend highly enough. Jane Pringle dealt with the purchase of my house and made everything so much easier. I was going through a very stressful time and it was made so much better with their support. Communication was brilliant calls and emails were answered promptly. House sale and purchase
This is the 2nd time I have engaged Jane and her team on a house sale and purchase in the last 3 years and, as with the first one, it was a smooth and efficient experience working with Jane, despite there being some complications with the nature of the property we were selling.
Throughout the whole process Jane and the team were incredibly responsive and communicative, letting us know clearly what was required of us and responding to our questions and queries promptly - at no time did we feel we couldn't speak to her or Kelly or feel we couldn't ask any questions, no matter how trivial they may have been.
I would highly recommend Jane and will certainly want her to work on any future conveyancing projects with us.

First-class conveyancing service
Jane Pringle took care of conveyancing for the purchase of a retirement flat for my Mum and sale of our family home. In both cases, fees were clearly set out in advance and the whole process was made very easy for us. Jane was super efficient, we always felt that she was on top of things, and her communication was amazing - usually replying to emails within a few hours! The same goes for her assistant, Kelly Robertson. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Service
Jane Pringle handled my property sale and she was extremely efficient, friendly and approachable. Jane dealt with all matters promptly and the communication was excellent. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jane.

A professional and efficient service provided
I highly recommend Jane Pringle. She is very efficient and responds promptly to communication. Professional, Responsive Conveyancing
Sampson Coward and specifically my conveyancer, Jane, have been stellar throughout the challenging sale of my property offering plenty of support and flexibility and being highly responsive to myself, the estate agents and the Buyer's solicitors to ensure that my sale went off without a hitch! I can't recommend them and Jane enough and will certainly use them again if required!

House sale
This has to be the best experience I have ever had with a solicitor. Jane and Kelly were kind, proactive, informative and personable throughout the entire process. Both my partner and I felt fully informed and in control throughout the proceedings, which is thanks to the support and information given by Jane. Clear timescales helped us to know what to expect and made something, which could have been a stressful experience, painless. Thank you!
