Ellie and the guys at Sampson Coward have been BRILLIANT. Ellie had a tough job dealing with another party that wasn't very responsive during an incredibly busy time (stamp duty holiday) and she was faultless, always responded when emailed, gave us great advice and resolved any issues as quickly as possible. Would use again and HIGHLY RECOMMED.

Sold and bought
I was lucky enough to ask Sampson Coward solicitors to help with the sale of my home and with finding another.
Ellie, Eleanor Kensington was the lady who gave me such great support throughout as it took awhile and other members of the team stepped in when Ellie took much deserved leave so I would like too thank them all, brilliant team and Ellie you were fantastic.

Superb Service and Communication
Sampson Coward have dealt with many of our property sales and we wouldn’t use anyone else. They are excellent at what they do.

Excellent and efficient service and communication
I am a first time home buyer. I instructed 2 solicitors previously before Sampson Coward for the same matter. The first firm suddenly closed down and the second firm sat on our case for months and was impossible to get in touch with. I had to postpone the completion date twice because of that. It got to a point I only have 1 month to complete or I would lose the house. Sampson Coward managed to complete the matter for me within that tight timeframe. They are true professionals who are great at communication both in email and telephone. They kept me updated. They responded to all my emails. They have a track-a-matter site so I am always kept in the loop. They made me feel I am in safe hands. Highly recommend.
