I’ve never dealt with Thorntons Solicitors but was recommended them and thought we would give them a try for our house move.
Historically I’ve always found solicitors hard work by being difficult to get in contact with and generally having no sense of urgency when required.
Right from the outset I was impressed with how organised and thorough Alison was clearly outlining the process and what needed to be done.
Not only did she explain the process in a clear and concise way which I find a lot of solicitors don’t she was very efficient. If we had any queries she was quick to respond.
The Thorntons solicitors app I also found to be useful as it clearly shows you at a glance a timeline of how things are progressing to the point of completion.
Alison was always very prompt responding to emails and keeping us informed of everything even if it was an update to say I’m still chasing things which again made a difference.
She gave us the impression we were her only client which is a skill in itself as I’m pretty confident she will have had a high workload herself.
If you want a highly effective solicitors who keep you informed every step of the way then look no further is my advice.
