Exceptional Service During Both Our Sale and Purchase
After a bit of a nightmare with a previous sale falling through and a few failed attempts at buying, Jessica and Natalie were absolute lifesavers. They were both brilliant from start to finish—always kept us in the loop, explained everything clearly, and were super quick to respond to any questions.
They helped get our sale over the line, and on the day of exchange and completion, they went above and beyond. The buyer’s solicitors delayed the funds until the very last minute, but Jessica and Natalie stayed on top of everything and made sure it all still went through.
When it came to our purchase, they were just as amazing. They chased things up without being asked, kept the pressure on where it was needed, and made the whole process so much less stressful. We honestly couldn’t believe how quickly everything moved from offer to completion—it all ran so smoothly thanks to them.
We’re so grateful for everything they did. Can’t recommend them enough!

Sale of property
I had a really positive experience in what I thought would be a long-winded process to sell mum's property. From initially contacting Thornton Jones to completion was less than 8 weeks. All correspondence was dealt with quickly and I was kept up to date and didn't have to chase at all.

5 star service again
This is the second time we've used Thornton Jones in relation to moving house. We had such a great experience last time it was a no-brainer to go with them again. We requested the same team as last time Jess Taylor and Natalie Byers-Nolan and they delivered yet again. House moving is stressful enough without having Solicitor's who don't play their part in ensuring things run smoothly. This firm go above and beyond to look after you.

Efficient and Friendly

Absolutely fantastic!
Recently used Thornton Jones solicitors to both sell my house and purchase a new build. We were looked after by Jessica Taylor and Natalie Byers Nolan and I seriously can't recommend them enough. Really quick and efficient service, always available via phone or email, they have been fantastic!
Highly recommend and definitely be using them again in the future.
