Thornton jones as a company have been fantastic conveyancers, they greatly helped the stressful and tedious process of buying a house. When needed they helped to move things along quickly and when that wasn't possible they kept a very clear channel of communication between myself and the vendor. Robyn played a key part in this an it's clear she is very organised and a great communicator. Claire led the process well, she was easy to trust from the beginning to the end and proved her skills and knowledge multiple times. The human element from both lawyers was perhaps one of the biggest highlights, I was able to talk in layman's terms about law and my responsibilities and was able to call them for easy reassurance, which is incredibly valuable during such a stressful time.
