Depending who you get will depend on the experience - I have used them previously which is why i went back to use them again - unfortunately the person who dealt with me previously was leaving and we were given different contact details. Communication throughout was quite poor and on day of exhange/complete myself and Estate Agents were doing all the running around to ensure we could complete on a Friday - if it wasnt for our sense of urgency i highly doubt we would have completed on the day we did.

I recently worked with the Holden Smith Law Ltd for the conveyancing of my new property purchase, and I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. From the very beginning, they kept me updated throughout the entire process and always made sure I understood each step. Their knowledge of the legal process made me feel confident as a first time buyer, and they handled everything in a timely manner, ensuring there were no delays for us to have our completion before 1st of April. They were incredibly responsive to my questions, and I really appreciated how they took the time to explain things to me regarding the legal side of property transactions in a way that I could understand it.

We had no idea where to start when kicking off the conveyance process for buying our first home, Laura and Zack were quick to kick this process off and get everything organised. Whenever I was unsure or had any questions they were super quick to provide a response on email or over the phone and take the time to explain.
When we was in this stuck part of the process, they kept us informed, always replied to my follow up emails and did everything they could to get this completed. It was a long and at times frustrating process, but they did what they could to provide us with peace of mind and support.
At the end, we had Lauren who supported us, when Laura has logged off and she was quick to pick up this work to try to exchange and keep up updated and Laura updated when she was back in office.

We are grateful to have such responsive and helpful solicitors during this time.
