Outstanding Service
I wholeheartedly recommend Tim and Leigh without any reservation. My experience with them was truly exceptional, especially after a frustrating time with another conveyancer. The difference was like night and day!

Proactive and Responsive
Tim and Leigh were great working as my sell-side solicitors. It was not easy process but the proactiveness and responsiveness of the service was great especially when dealing with difficult buy-side solicitors. Also, rather refreshingly, Tim would ring me as required, which made life easier and helped the service rather than just communicating exclusively through emails.
Would certainly recommend Tim and Leigh.

Purchase of my council house.
Tim Hare has been fantastic on dealing with my council house purchase,he's very fast at getting things done,in under six weeks of taking on my case the house purchase is completed,I can't believe how quick he got it sorted, if I was unsure about anything he explained it to me and always replied to my emails. Ultra efficient and the consummate professional
The whole house selling and buying experience through Tim was as stress free and simple as it ever can be. Tim was always very professional, courteous and prompt to respond to queries, send documents on and guide me through the process where necessary. If every conveyancing firm had people as thorough as Tim the whole house buying process would be a breeze. I would not hesitate in recommending Tim for conveyancing work of any description. Help every step of the way
Tim, Elizabeth and Leigh kept me up to date every step of the way and acted promptly on all my requests.

Outstanding service from Tim and the team at Russell & Russell
We used Russell & Russell to purchase a property at auction. We'd purchased using a bridging loan which ment there was more paperwork and back and forth between various lenders and solicitors. Tim was awlays available and was helpful in constantly replying to emails and calls ensuring we were always informed and assured everything would be OK.
Without Tim, Liz and the team I have no doubt we would not have completed as efficiently as we did
