The app doesn't work, it's one way comucation, then you pay the estate agent 400 pound more what we agreed with ,so no ,never again 🙄 if I get a divorce, the spouse can have it all,,,just be a free spirit,,,

Although sale was resolved at 2nd attempt,disapointed at lack of urgency chasing 1st buyer who turned out to be a time waster.This lost us approximately 4 months ,annoying as all the time sale
was pending cost money paid out to protect property..i.e water rates, council tax, octopus energy.

Think in future would recommend local firm which would make it more accessible for queries.

We used this company because recommended by the estate agents who handled the sale of our house but once we were put in touch with the conveyancer we found it far harder than anticipated, we had to download an app which then for some reason would not work on my phone but I had to phone an I.T. company not the conveyancer, ended up having to do all on my wifes Iphone despite having an Android. I once range and was put on hold with no answers, then phoned again left a message but no reply. I foud doing it via an app hard work and found phrases like onboarding and particularly the word tasks which I would associate with something I am paid for not paying for.

I would highly recommend Holden Smith Law. They recently handled the sale of my house and my onward purchase.

Dan and Francesca were fantastic throughout. I was kept up to date, questions answered and they were prompt with email responses. They were both a pleasure to deal with.

I would definitely use Holden Smith Law if I moved again.

We approached Holden Smith to help with a commercial lease assignment and I'm glad we did. They helped protect us from missing information in the process and made sure we signed the lease with everything needed in place. Colette herself was great, very timely and easy to get hold of, always being on the end of the phone if we needed her. I will use their services again and i highly recommend their services.

Our estate agent sadly recommended Holden Smith to us , one word sums up the whole legal process ( disappointing).
I wish I’d of read the reviews on here beforehand because we had a similar negative experience. Poor communication and difficult to get them to answer the phone . Had 3 different solicitors dealing with our case which slowed down the process. The app is a waste of time because it never updates .
We have used solicitors many times over the years when buying and selling property but this was something else.
Thankfully the nightmare was over before Christmas 🎄
