This was the 2nd time I used Holden Smith, and this was a mistake, should have learned from the 1st experience where there was little communication and it was difficult to contact and speak directly to the person in charge. Poor return of calls/emails
This 2nd time HS hadn't even set up a file for my sale 12 days after instructions, several phone calls later and after failed promises, I lost patience and instructed another solicitor.
This other solicitors sent me the portal link within 3 hours of instruction and all initial documentation completed within 1/2 day, complete contrast !
