Staff were lways polite and friendly to deal with. I felt I had to chase a few times for updates, and while sometimes delays were with other firms, I felt a bit more active chasing would have helped.

We engaged with Angela Viney to deal with our purchase of one house & sale of another.
The business was dealt with by Jack Viney.
We have nothing but praise for him. He kept us informed both by telephone & email & was always pleasant & friendly. If we had a query with him he got back to us promptly.
Unfortunately the process was hindered by another firm of solicitors lower down the chain & this delayed the completion of the sale & purchase by some considerable time. Jack’s help, advice & reassurance was invaluable at this stressful time.
Other staff from Angela Viney were involved to a lesser degree but they displayed the same professionalism and attitude as Jack.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Angela Viney Conveyancing Services to anyone seeking to buy or sell a property.

I wasn’t going to bother giving any feedback but I kept receiving texts asking me to provide it so here goes. In 2018, we faced a very challenging set of circumstances and Darren performed worked tirelessly to help us out. I vowed that I would give all my business in future to Angela Viney because of my great experience. However this time around, it felt that we were unimportant, that I had to far too much of the work myself and it took 5 months to complete a sale and purchase that probably would have been 6-9 months had I not pushed things so much. Everything is done via email and they ask for so many things without discussing requirements with the customer. A face to face meeting with Darren yielded no benefits other than having to endure his woes for an hour. Thankfully, Corey and Mandy were very helpful and when Darren was on holiday it felt we got more traction than when he wasn’t. I wouldn’t use this company again.
