Made a relatively simple purchase drawn out and complex
We were purchasing our property from our landlord, so this felt like it should be a relatively straightforward process, however it ended up taking 4 months. Constant chasing, delays, inaccurate work (to the point where we went to sign contracts, got presented with one form that was obviously incorrect for our purchase, and then were subsequently told there was another form they’d forgotten to get us to sign as well), no adequate cover for sickness, and constant excuses. It feels like they have taken on too much work for their real capacity, and so we were left feeling that work was frequently below the standard expected. Thankfully, as we also had a direct relationship with the landlord we could apply pressure when needed in a timely manner, or who knows how long this would have taken.

Excellent Solicitors - Sarah is a gem
We used Viney Becks to purchase our first property which involved gazumping, boundary issues, grade listing alterations and indemnity insurance, and a painful amount of date pushback from the sellers. Sarah handled the entire situation with grace and calm, and made us feel respected and involved. We had to chase a little bit for updates but nothing terrible and we were never made to feel inconvenient. We will definitely use them again in future!

change of mortgage title
from the outset, sarah displayed a deep understanding of property law & the complexities of mortgage agreements. She handled every aspect of the title transfer professionally and efficiently. Sarah was always prompt in responding to my queries, explaining every step in a way that was easy to understand.
overall the service was seamless and i felt confident throughout the entire process. i would highly recommend for anyone needing assistance with property title changes or any conveyancing matters

Excellent!
I've used Angela Viney Conveyancing Services twice now and both times they have been excellent. Sarah was my allocated conveyancer this time and she was so brilliant. She explained things so clearly and was so approachable - No question was too silly. Being able to speak to her directly made the whole process so much easier - I understand from friends that have bought/sold houses and used different conveyancers that they didn't have direct contact with their conveyancer, and I can't imagine how stressful that must be.
Overall really brilliant!! Thank you so much Sarah, Angela, Michaela and Darren.
